Meteor - a natural solar-system object, which can be made of either stone or iron, that enters the Earth's atmosphere and burns up before reaching the surface is called a "meteor". Don't confuse this term with "meteorite" which is what the object would be called if it actually did reach the surface. Meteors can be left over from comets or fragments of asteroids. Several meteor showers occur thoughout the year including the Leonids and Perseids to name two.

Payment for shipping fees must be drawn in US Funds (personal checks must clear, money orders preferred). We are not responsible for damage or loss to this item in transit.
